On Sat 25 June - I collected a vehicle from OR Tambo. we were in such a rush to get to PTA. We werent sure where to collect the vehicle at the parking Bays. A gentleman that I assume work there, took us to parking Bay J24. He helped by loading the suitcases etc. as I was getting the GPS ready. That same night I noticed we left a pillow + K way jacket in the trolley. I phoned the next day 4 times to check if it was left at Lost property. The gentlemen ( Victor- I think) said no one gave it in at Lost property. Surely there's camaras to go to and check ???? Brand new jacket ****** ! This guy pushed the trolley back to where it belongs!

This is not acceptable. and very disappointed.
