STAY AWAY

Read through their t&c's before even booking the car. I was aware of the extra tyre, windscreen and hail damage insurance but did not take it. I was also aware of e-toll fees after the rental that would be billed to Bluu but deducted from our deposit aswell as a valet. We topped up less then 1km's away from the drop off but were charged for an additional 4-5 litres of petrol, sounds like this is the norm for them after reading the other reviews, I quite frankly I don't know where they found the space for the additional petrol. But then when the deposit was paid out the e-toll had been deducted, the additional petrol was deducted and the valet was deducted BUT there were 2 additional charges per day of the rental time of ten days that amounted to R600?! There is no desciption for the additional fees besides codes that they use which we mere mortals are not priviledged to. Please do not use Bluu Car Rentals they have many hidden costs aswell as "stories" when it comes to additional petrol. STAY AWAY!
