Security Deposit Refund

On August 15, 2025, I hired a vehicle from Bluu Car Rental. As of today, I have yet to receive the refund of my security deposit.

Initially, I was informed that the funds had been released to my account and was advised to contact my bank. I was even provided with a release form as confirmation. I contacted Discovery Bank—extremely frustrated—only to find out after an investigation that the funds were never received by them. It was confirmed that the money remained with Bluu Car Rental.

After multiple back-and-forth communications, your head office finally acknowledged that the funds are indeed still in your possession and that a refund is due. However, despite this confirmation, I have still not received my money. This refund was due to be processed into my account by August 23, 2025.
