When the car was delivered everything was in order, but after 14 days they still kept 50 € from the deposit, according to them because the tank was not filled, we filled it less than a kilometer from their parking. Because we had requested a second driver, at their request, without stating an additional cost. We had ordered a GPS, which was not delivered, we have not received a refund for this.
