Poor service and no regard for customer satisfaction

I hired a Toyota Starlet on 9 April 2022, when i landed at King Shaka Airport, i collected the vehicle and to my surprise they gave me a light Suzuki Espresso with a 900 cc engine and said that this vehicle was in the same category as the Starlet. How they come to this conclusion baffles me, but thats how these rental companies operate. Was very unhappy and i felt unsafe driving this vehicle as it was raining hard with strong wind.
