Poor service

In September 2023, I rented a bakkie from the Lanseria branch. Unfortunately I didn't check the disk. It had expired. A day later I got a ticket of which I took back to them, they promised to get it canceled since it was in my name.

A year later, I'm still being sent from pillar to post but still the ticket is still standing and bothering me at road blocks.
