PATHETIC SERVICE

I would give them a zero star rating if I could!!!

The worst possible service received!

Had a reservation to pick up a vehicle at 3pm 01/11/2023 arrived at 2:55pm and was told that we could not be assisted as the bank card was not personalized... This was not told us prior to collecting the car. How pathetic! They then expected us to go and withdraw money from an ATM... No issue but the lady who was assisting us had a stinking attitude!

It is now 3:57pm and we are still waiting for a driver to take us to an ATM
