Got involved in an accident and my insurance booked with the Middle Street Bluu car rental service,from the start to collecting the vehicle and returning it the process was smooth, although I was still shaken from the accident the courtesy car really helped me in my time of need,the staff were friendly especially Amanda who worked diligently and with a smile,she really made my customer experience work it and made we want to come back and rent a car again,I appreciate her humanity and humour.

The security personnel was also on his A game,he is passionate and inspects the car thoroughly , Returning the car literally took me 3 minutes I was done, It was a smooth process really with no glitches.
