Horrific after sale service

My ref.no: BLUU CAR RENTAL-JS58018M01/A1 (MSG#6gC39YdGmFd).

I wish to report a ********** service where I was charged a "damage" fee that is not justifiable on my credit card.

Firstly the inspection sheet you are provided without a verification official, now on your return, there is a different official co-signing the inspection document with a scanner etc. Now where is the integrity in the process let alone transparency.

Moving along, the billing of the invoice (damage) is not justifiable, i.e. where there three quotations sourced?, where is the workshop hours of the repair? there is just disingenuous in their entire process.

The company is just bogus!
