Horrible experience

Worst car rental experience from start to finish. Astronomical deposit on an entry level car, staff not knowing to work their own booking system. Car not being in the correct bay. It took over an hour before eventually getting a car. Inspection not done or signed by me. Old scratches blamed on me. Absolutely horrible experience
