Extra Fuel Charge Despite Returning the Car with Full Tank.

I booked a car through Investec Travel. On two occasions, I filled the cars up to the brim on their return in fuel stations not more than 50m from the respective Bluu car rental offices. On both occasions, I was charged an extra amount of fuel, despite returning the cars with full tanks. In both instances, the petrol attendants went beyond the click. It is an act of ***** to charge for something that doesn’t exist.

When I reported the first incident, I was told to produce receipts, which I obviously did not keep as I was unaware. This is pretty upsetting. I want my money for both occasions where I was charged for non-existent re-fuelling.
