Deposits take 9 days to be returned!!!!!!!

Honestly I am so disappointed in Bluu rentals service. I have not received my deposit until this day. It has been an entire week. I don’t think they understand the inconvenience they have caused! When they take the money from my credit card they take it immediately but when they must give it back I’m told billing did not run! Haibo! I called on Thursday to make them aware that I have not received my deposit the manager told me “I must wait, it should be reflecting any minute now” Friday came, money was still not returned. Yesterday (Monday) I Called again to enquire about my deposit and was told the billing did not run, I must wait for another 2 days. Unfortunately I don’t have 2 days I want my deposit! Don’t charge high amounts for deposits if you know you have system glitches, for such a high deposit I would expect to get my deposit back within 3 days not 9 days!!!
