Broken promises, terrible cars, shockingly bad service

I hired a car with plenty of time (3 months) before I traveled. I chose a specific car and carefully checked the similar cars which were in the same category. On arrival I was treated condescendingly and forced to take a completly different car that was not at all similar to what I had booked. It was a terrible experience, took an hour and in the end I was left no option, to either drive an inferior car to what I had booked and paid for, or be stranded far from home with no car.
