Bluucar rental poor service

I rented a vehicle from Bluu Car rental and returned it on 2January. Two weeks later I still have not received my deposit refund. Have dealt with Coralee Badenhorst who twice promised the refund will be processed with8n 24 hours to no avail. Please do your research when choosing a rental company. Im now worried I will not see my refund
