Bluu is a ****!!! DON'T USE

This company is a ****!!! DON’T USE!!! I had paid 100% rental fee online while they still ******* me into signing an agreement at the counter (at MQP Airport in South Africa) with hidden fees including Collision Damage Waiver Top Up and Theft Loss Waiver Top Up which are definitely not legit and the agent said the fees, similar to gas refuelling fee, did not apply to me. But they still charged 550 rands from my credit card 3 days after I returned the car and left South Africa. I did some research online and found many other customers who were ****med in similar ways.
