BLUU CAR RENTAL CHARGED ME FOR DAMAGE CAUSED BY SOMEONE ELSE

I rented a car from Bluu Car Rentals in Randburg, Braam Fisher branch. Then another motorist crashed into the rented car while it was parked and I was inside a shop. The other motorist accepted responsibility immediately without any hassle and agreed to pay for the repairs. I reported the accident as required. Instead Bluu Car rental made me pay for the repair costs out of my Credit card. I was also charged R825,00 for submitting insurance claim against the other driver. Then I was again charged another R825,00 for the Assessors fee (for assessing the damage to the car), even though another motorist caused damage to the rented car, not me. (Why am I being charged for the Assessor's fee to assess the damage caused by another motorist????). Then, it took 9 months for Bluu Car rental to refund me part of the total costs that I paid for repair work to the damaged car. This is *****ed! I will never, ever rent a car from Bluu car rental, ever again!!! This experience has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth!!!
