BLUU car rental are ********/******

On the 28/02/2022 empire fleet refered me to collect the car from BLUU car rental OR Tambo airport . When i take the car the gauge show that it was full bt when i arrive at midrand the fuel gauge moved to show that the car was not really full.

On the 10/03/2022 i took back the car to OR Tambo airport and the fuel was full the moment i arrive there. One of their consultant told me that they will take the car to their depot to verify if the fuel is full. I've asked them that we go check the fuel gauge but they said they drive the car 3km to their depot to verify if the fuel is full. They refuse and said they check at the depot is their standard operating procedure that they cannot change.

I then asked why haven't they took me to the depot before i take the car, the consulted who was helping me told me that client are not allowed to go to the depot.

Then i asked for the manager for clear clarity butthe manager told me the same thing that the consulted told me. I asked who will cover the 3km to the depot? The manager told me that they will drive with the same petrol that I've filled up. My concern was that why don't they use the check list and to look at the fuel gauge the same way they did it when they give me the car but the manager ended up saying that they won't charge the fuel. To my suprise, today I've received an invoice indicating that R218.60 is charged for fuel.

So guys, if you choose BLUU car rental OR tambo airport just know that they will make sure that you don't get all your deposit money back. That rental company are ******!
