BLUU and Rentalcars.com arent reliable

Very disappointed my Company paid in full upfront with all the insurances for 4 days. When i arrived in DBN i was asked to provide my Credit Card or Cheque Card i was in a rush leaving home and thought this wont be an issue as i get to the clerk Ntombi Ngubane first she insist i phone some one from my Company to go and swipe their card at OR Thambo at 18h30 at night then i evently spoke to he Manager over the phone and he is just like sorry we cant help. It took me taking an Uber and i will never support BLUU again. Ntombi also said because my company booked through rentalcar.com i must ckaim my money back from them. Companys like this we dont need we need Companys that are flexable and can within limits assist clients. I will recomend this to anyone dont book through rentalcars.com and dont use BLUU rather book directly at other direct companys.
