Bad service, bad basic values.

They are still charging a R689 admin fee for any incident. We scratched the car underneath the bumper and was charged R4200 for it. I am sure they are not going use the money to fix the scratch.

To add insult to injury, they withdraw the amount from my account as a single amount, not as the two amounts as which is was being on hold in my account. It caused me to try to get the "pending" amounts released and some debit orders were declined because of their incompetence. The hour I had to send inside the branch of the bank was a huge irritation.
