Bad BLUU service

How long will it take for Bluu car rental to transfer the deposit back into an account. We got a vehicle through our insurance, but had to pay for the deposit. No problem it was done. Vehicle was returned to BLUU. They deducted the money for the fuel they had to fill up. No problem. Then we wait, two agents , their response we will get back to you with info of when your deposit will be paid back. No response. So can someone at BLUU inform me. How long does it take to return the money thats generating interest while in your posession?
