UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE, BAD SERVICE, IGNORING E MAILS

Nicol Frank did my microblading 3x since November till end of February, never told me to give it a break but accepted my money. My microblading was grey since day 1.... and gone lighter and lighter November till end Feb R5000.00 , she is expensive, but when things go wrong, she wont want to sms back, tell you the next morning that she doesn't want to do my microblading any more, i must stop harassing her, not true, as i wanted to sort my microblading out.... neither will she refund. She was so rude, unprofessional, i could not believe it , i was shocked. No had a painful laser experience, to get rid of the grey, that was confirmed by a NY company that the reason it went grey, THEY WERE PLANTED IN TO DEEP. i googled if she had any diplomas, i could not find any thing, when i asked her for proof , she ignores to send me proof, therefore i dont know if she is educated or not. and i will have to wait till healed then go back in 8 wks, and only after that, will find a professional person, with diplomas, to do my microblading...
