Worst service I have experienced in my adult life

<p>We engage the studio for family portraits and they give promises of speady service especially in oir case as we are relocating. The proofs come many weeks late beyond the time we were supposed to have left. Following up on edits they have no system of tracking orders and no one to handle customers. The production staff refuse to take reaponsibility even though they seem to want to handle customer service. The ultimate decision maker defends his staff and rudely tells customer if you are not nice and be meek i sha put phone down or refuse to assist you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Still a follow up a month later they take to step one stonewalling that you have not made a selection. On sending evidence that you had done so a month ago they insist it is the first time they have received it. The same mascular tatooed fellow comes to the phone and tells you to shut up and that you are lying. Especially he tells you yoir voice is too loud and wont help you and did you read disclaimer on refunds. He is particularly culturally insensitive *****ated rude and ******** on any business practice. </p> <p> </p> <p>On agreeing that they will produce the items instead of saying sorry we will deliver he say come pick.up you stuff it is your fault. No, one calls to inform you if ready delayed or anything, the one lady who seems to want to help seems to live in fear and her voice trembles that she has ro follow up with the warlords.</p> <p> </p> <p>This studio for black people should be avoided like a plague.</p>
