Still no response

I took my teenager into Blush Studio in Northcliff on 01 August 2015. We had a photo shoot which went well. Following the shoot, we are shown into the editing studio where we received the photos from the shoot and purchased a package for the second edited pictures.<br> In September, I sent an SMS to Kogi to request the second CD which was paid for.<br> In October we went to the office, and they advised that the stuff is in archives and that they would contact me, once it is retrieved.<br> We then called the office and spoke to a lady who advised that they are looking for my CD and will call me back.<br> I sent another SMS in December and to date, I have heard nothing.<br> What was supposed to be a cool birthday gift, has turned into a major headache?!?!<br> What was promised by the supplier was certainly not delivered - I feel ******, and would like feedback on this as soon as possible.<br>
