Shockingly terrible after-sales service

My family went for a photoshoot in September 2017 and bought a rather expensive package that included a few more photoshoots as well as retouching of the photos to print on a selection of canvasses and other options.

I've emailed them several times to try to give my selection of photos for the canvasses and also to get details of what my package includes exactly. I also want to gift one of the follow up photoshoots to a friend and enquired about how that would work but I've not had ONE RESPONSE back from Blush Photo Studios.

They seem to be very quick to take your money but not so quick to provide the paid-for service!!!!
