Rude and inconsiderate manager

I went for a photoshoot at Blush Studio on 12/12/2015 and paid a deposit for the disc then paid the balance on the 15/12/2015 and emailed proof of payment but no one responded. About the 2nd week of Jan I phoned to check if they've received the payment, no one could answer me and then I emailed it again. Still after that it was just back and forth, no one bothered to contact me about the order. Then I called again and threatened to request my refund, then the manager phoned me and told me that my disc was ready for collection and that I can come anytime during the week, they close at 4:30, never mentioned that I still have to make an appointment for collection. I drove there on friday the 29th Jan, as I walked in he was leaving and had his office locked. The lady who helped me phoned him and he couldn't come back because he 'was already on the highway'. The lady took down my details and promised to courier the disc. But to my surprise I never got a call or even a parcel for that matter. I emailed asking for my money back since I wasn't getting joy out of this, the manager called me. He basically told me it's not his problem, I must make a plan.
