Blushing mad

I went to Blush studio for a family shoot. We were then sold an attractive package which included the promise of sourcing modeling work for my kids. Not only was their delivery late on editing pics, but the attitude of the staff handling the issue was terrible. I am still waiting for prints too. Additionally, when I asked for an email regarding what I would need to do for my kids re modeling and what I could expect from them... This was not forthcoming. I asked for client testimonials, to which they agreed to send on, only to be told today that this was not possible due to client confidentiality. I was told today that I am bitter because my children had not succeeded in securing work. I have never experienced such poor client service as well as non delivery of promises.
