Be prepared to be appalled

<p>The whole experience was disappointing - from the dirty studio and the promise of a facial cleanse prior to "beautiful"make up and a hand massage which you never get to the fact that it has been almost 2 months with constant follow up emails and phone calls with no response and still no photo's. Yesterday I FINALLY get a response saying I must please explain what we wore and looked like on the day so they can try to track the photo's. The photo packages are rediculously over priced given the mediocre quality of the product and are also not discussed prior to your arrival at the studio at all. Perhaps the end result is worth all the trouble if you ever get your photo's. Cheapest package btw is R1947 for a disk of completely unedited photo's. For edited photo's you looking at over 3K - just an FYI if you are considering wasting your time at this place. I regret ever taking Patricia's call saying "You have been nominated for a photo shoot which will only cost R300 per person". Don't even know the person that supposedly nominated me. Today I requested a refund as I have not received my photo's and have decided to go elsewhere to a photographer where I might actually get some photo's. I was told no refund would be offered and I could write whatever I wanted on Hello Peter. I have no intention of writing whatever I want - I will only write the truth. Be warned, you will be conned into a supposedly great experience with gorgous photo's that you will never see! The 1 star btw is only because this review cannot continue with no stars!</p>
