Shocking - stay far away!

Stay very far away from this site. Has some good specials, but their customer service is non-existent. Zero response from emails, live chat, and their phone goes straight to voicemail. Worst online shopping experience ever. I will be looking to open a police case against them if anyone would like to join me.
