Blurrbase

So after writing a review on hello peter with my horrible experience with blurrbase they eventually reached out after me sending them numerous emails they never once rep**** but on the review they said they have been sending emails asking me to wait for 7 working days for my refund which there is no emails at all of them asking me that and im still waiting for my refund which it has been more than 7 days and when my bank reached out to them for a refund they declined.
