Blurock Clothing Co

I have placed an order with Blurock Clothing co and paid online on the 23rd of August. After placing my order and not hearing anything from them, I sent numerous emails requesting an order number and an estimate delivery date but did not receive ANY response back from them, i phoned on the 2nd of September and I was told that my order would be sent out that Thursday (05/09/2019) till today I still have not received my order, not to mention an order number or new delivery date. I have again sent numerous emails requesting a refund but sadly all my emails get ignored.
