Ridiculous service

Wanted to book a trip to the airport, and was told that the fair is R650. When I used them only a couple of months ago I only paid R120. When i queried this I was told it's their new prices. A very unhelpful person that just do not care about customer service at all. And to charge a person R650 for 7 kilometers is completely ridiculous.
