Going beyond the call of duty

<p>I would like to commend Blunden Shuttle Services--particularly their consultant Buyani--for going out of their way to help my teenage daughter when she ended up on a shuttle to PE instead of East London on Wednesday. They changed her flight booking, waited with her while she was on standby in the evening, found her a room in a hotel and escorted her to her flight early the next morning. And phoned me to make sure I wasn't having a heart attack! This was all done very kindly and professionally. I was not charged for the more expensive flight or for the hotel.</p>
