Blunden coach tours lack of service

I am a 19 year old female student at Rhodes University. I booked a Blunden Shuttle to transport me from Rhodes University to Port Elizabeth Airport on Saturday 28 March. My booking confirmation letter stated that the transport would depart at 3 am from Nelson Mandela Parking lot (New house res) on Saturday morning. I waited from 2:15 am until 3 am at Nelson Mandela Parking lot (New house res). At 3 am one of the girls from my res (New House) told me that she was catching a Blunden Shuttle that departed from Union. This was when I began to worry. I walked with all my luggage directly to Union. Once I arrived at Union at about 3:10 am, I realized that all students waiting to be picked up, had flights that departed from Port Elizabeth Airport at around 10 am. I then phoned Blundens 24 hour call center at about 3:15 am. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone informed me that my transport I had booked had already left and had departed from Union. He then said that he could arrange for a vehicle to pick me up and do the above trip at R1000. At this point I was stricken for time and forced to agree to this arrangement. It took a week to eventually get a negative response from Blunden!
