Very quick to take payment, no delivery!!!!

I placed an order on the 14th June for an item that was supposed to be in stock and had a 3-5 day delivery. I received an email saying they didnt have stock but would have in by the end of the following week. I have sent emails, Facebook messaged, tried to call the number etc. They are very quick to take payment but then dont respond to any correspondence. I think they are a ****
