Poor service
Good day ,on the 6th of May 2024 I ordered Smart Hangers from you,my order number is #3259 to the value of R 476.80. The payment was done via Payfast on the same day 6th of May 2024, but I still up until today did not receive my products. My order mentioned the shipping method (3-5 days). I do not understand what the problem is and/or why I did not receive my products due to the fact that I ordered it as an emergency. Please see this as an urgent request Regards

However, I am pleased to inform you that the new shipment has arrived and we are getting all the back orders out today. I followed up on your order and it is out for delivery, you would have been sent all the tracking information via email. If not, please check your spam folder as it sometimes gets stuck there.
