Order #3580 - not received. No refund.

Think I've been ****ed. Received emails from Travis and Brandon saying that my order was late and would be shipped the next week. No sign of the order. I emailed and requested a refund. I was told they would action it. I responded asking whether they needed my information? They were quick to respond saying it had been handed over to the finance department. No refund yet. Silly me for not checking the reviews first. Disappointed because I was looking forward to receiving my order.
