Beware Blume Cape Town

I ordered 6 weeks ago with a promise of 3 - 5 days delivery. After sending many email's and getting sob story replies from Tristan and Sarah as to the delay and promises of a full refund still nothing. They are just ignoring me and have deleted me off Facebook which is where I saw their ad. After reading the reviews here I realize I must have been ****med. It's such a pity for other honest online companies as they are detering customers from purchasing online. Stay away from Blume Cape Town. They are dishonest.
