A ****!! Don’t buy from them

This company is a ****!! They promise 3 to 5 days delivery. I placed an order more than 6 weeks ago and have received nothing. I got a reply initially giving excuses. They eventually agreed to refund me on 2 July. I rep**** with my bank details and they’ve gone silent since. They are no longer replying to me and seem to have blocked me on Facebook too. I have no way of getting hold of them. They also seem to be deleting any bad comments they get on Facebook! Definitely a ****
