ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I GAVE TO GET ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO INSTALLATION

I had an installation done in September 2026. It was the worst job ever. They take advantage of sick and older people. Make promises and not do their work properly. They damaged my walls. I referred the matter to the National Consumer Council as well. I cannot use the aircon since its installation. Absolutely disgusting. Plus you gave no access to the owner. There is no means to escalate the matter. There is no outlet pipe as well in the outside unit.
