Worst Service and Technically Inept

Worst Service and technically inept. Bought 3 tyres at Bluff Tyres Pinetown, fitted, balanced and wheel alignment done. Struggled from Day 1 to get a smooth ride. I went back to the store about 5 times and each time they blame the rims, the shocks, everything else but them. Had to book the car in to test shocks and suspension. Then paid twice thereafter to balance the tyres to no avail. Bluff then stated that the rims were buckled... I had to take the rims to a specialist to test.. Finally it was found that Bluff Tyres sold me defective tyres and took no ownership of the problem.. They charged me twice for balancing and have not even done the wheel alignment properly.. I still await a call from their manager.
