Terrible Service from Bluff Tyres

<p>I've been to Bluff Tyres on Bluff Road to put a gator plug in my tyre because I had a puncture. Being that the tyre was still new I opted for a gator plug instead of the normal one because it lasts longer. The staff working there had to strip my tyre off my rim in order to put in the plug. On completion I noticed that my tyre had very deep cuts in the side wall and I asked to speak to the manager, I then showed him the cuts and he told me that, that probably happened before. So I asked him how can my tyre be damaged so badly but noting wrong with my rim and he kept on saying that it was probably damaged before. The next day my tyre went completely flat so I took it back to Bluff Tyres and they told me that the inside of my tyre was damaged and that there's nothing that I can do besides purchase I new tyre. It was there poor workmanship that damaged my tyre and they kept on denying that they did. In the end it costed me 10 times more than the original price of the plug. I just want to say that the workmanship there was poor as well as the customer service. </p>
