Shocked at the customer service at Bluff Tyres

<p>I visited Bluff Tyres on the 28 August 2016. I requested that they fit and balance one new tyre and balance the other 3 tyres. After completing their job I went to work. While going home i noticed a heavy vibration at 120 km/h.I stopped at the garage to investigate and to my shock i noticed that the new tyre had not been balanced and another tyre,the pressure was at 1 bar. The staff at Bluff tyres do all their changing of tyes,balancing all behind the scene. There should be some supervision to ensure that what you paid for, you got. I called them at bluff tyres to tell them what they did wrong and they rep**** with, we are closing, bring your car on Monday. Bluff tyres think that i have nothing else to do and that petrol is cheap. Please do your job right the first time.</p>
