Credit Card Abuse

I bought a set of tyres, was asked to enter my PIN, which I did. Upon receiving my statement from the bank a month later i found that i had been billed on the budget facility on my credit card.<br> <br> I did NOT ask for budget and was not asked, in fact I have written on my credit card in permanent marker \NO BUDGET"as this has happened before.<br> <br> The manager phoned me back and was absolutely unhelpful"
