BLUFF Tyres " BLUFF"

I called for a quote for 4 new tyres and Alecia quoted R840 for Firestone FS100 and arranged to have it fitted. On arrival guy seem to be confused and iasked for Alecia and for some reason ignored that request and he attended to me. He seem all confused and i asked if the back 2 tyres can be given to me as i was fitting 4 new tyres. He consults with a lady (maybe supervisor) and she responed extra R35 for balancing to which i agreed.

The guy starts to process my order and then this lady says the prices will change cos they do not accept Standard Fleet card and then the price per tyre increses by almost R100 per tyre. I drove all the wau from Durban North to Bluff to be told this. What a waste of my valuable time!!

This lady had a don't care attitude.

I went to Tiger Wheel and tyre and what a breath of fresh air. Stay away from Bluff Tyres they just bluff you.
