Bluff tyres

I bought 2 tyres from bluff tyres ptn. The service was terrible, I waited for over 2hrs for them to be fitted and aligned. The tyres broke down after 4 days of casual driving leaving chunks missing from the surface of the tyre. The manager claimed I had abused the product. After 4 attempts to get a refund over a period of 5 weeks they were still not interested in assisting me. I also over heard other customers in store with their own complaints due to the bad service. Having replaced the tyres at CMH Nissan where the service was very good, fast and convenient I was presented with a wheel alignment report clearly stating that my tyres were previously aligned incorrectly by bluff tyres and so I presented the manager, Malcom, with this new information again requesting a refund, to which he rep**** with the accusation that cmh's alignment report was incorrect. I have no time for a company with such poor service, I am disgusted and will never be supporting them again. Biggest waste of time I've ever experienced.
