Bad Service

I Bongiwe Mthembu bought Dunlop tyres from Bluff Tyres on 14 Dec 2018, and after a week I notice cracks on two tyres while already on holidays, I waited until I came back in Richards Bay on 05th Jan 2019. I went to report it , First they didn't give a proper service I waited there for hours because they told I should buy the second hand tyres for them to take the cracked tyres back to Dunlop for a claim. I had to fight that for hours and I had to request to speak to the manager direct that is when the manager agree to give me the second hand tyres. which those tyre are also a problem , they loose air all the time. The claim was going to take 3 weeks from 07 Jan 2019 till today still waiting, I am very angry because I paid for those tyres but now I have to drive with used and unsafe tyres. I think warranty should be between Bluff tyres and Dunlop not to put me and my family in danger by drive with untrusted tyres. right now the lady in Durban branch told me last week that Dunlop has approved and paid but what ever Dunlop approved I will pay the difference, I still don't see why cos I already pay for my tyres, I am so angry about their bad service. I was waiting since 07.01.2019 till today. I am very scared to drive my car because I feel unsafe with those second hand tyres . All I want is my tyres
