Failure to honour guarantee

This company tarred our driveway in Gillitts during February 2019. I contacted them during March as we had some surface quality problems and arranged for the owner to come and see the problems on 05 March 2019. He did not arrive for the appointment and since then has not responded to my calls, sms's and emails. They offer a 5 or 10 year guarantee on their work depending on what is done. They were very professional when they quoted and did the work efficiently. My problem is that they have failed to respond to quality problems and to honour their guarantee.
