Bluff tarmac, the most unprofessional company

I recently enlisted the services of Luke from Bluff tarmac, who agreed to tar my yard, build a small wall and put up a precast fence. After just 2 days, there's grass growing on the tar in many spots. After just 1 week, an entire section of the tar sank after the first rain we had, and with the tar sinking, the wall has cracked and broke and is also sinking. With every rain, it's gets worse. Luke was paid in full when the job was done and said we had a 10 year gaurantee. I sent him message , even sending him pictures of the damage and poor work he had done. He responded by telling me, it is bad and he is coming to inspect the damages. Since then, he has stopped taking my calls or responding to my messages. Its been over 2 weeks now and my yard is in a mess.
