MR Luke Matche from BLUFF TAR promised us a 10 year guarantee on the Tar that he layed out on my premises - less than 2 wks after grass started to sprout and he doesnt want to answer any of my calls - WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIS COMPANY EVER !!
