Absolutely appalling

We refer to recent experience with Bluff Pet shop, shop 9 Wentmore Shopping center 237 Brighton Road. We last year bought a guinea *** for my daughter, when buying it it looked like it had mange and was told it was a baby only to take it home and it died 3 days later, on my most recent experience we brought a rabbit the Saturday, she noticed when getting home that the bunny had white liquid coming from its nose, I called them the Monday and got told to take it to the vet they can't do anything about it, never mind that I had 2 days before that paid R200 for the rabbit and spent almost R1000 on other things which we do every month at this pet shop. Today the rabbit was rushed to westville animal hospital being charged R1950, just so the rabbit can get better is absolutely terrible on the pet shops behalf. There animals need to be checked for diseases and viruses and not be sold without proper checks have been done. This is traumatic for kids and the poor little animals. I would not complain if this only happened the once but unfortunately it's been more. I am now to scared to buy anything from them including rats. I will no longer support them and will take my business else where, once the sale is done they are of no assistance.
